Sydney, 18 December 2020 – IR (ASX:IRI), the leading global provider of experience management solutions for critical IT infrastructure, payments and communications ecosystems, today announces expanded UC vendor support to include Zoom, as part of the IR Collaborate suite of solutions for enterprise communications and collaboration environments.
This new solution is a purpose-built experience management solution for Zoom, designed to ensure successful collaboration and user satisfaction, by helping enterprise organizations proactively identify, resolve, and avoid problems that impact productivity.
Powered by the next generation Prognosis Cloud platform, IR’s experience management for Zoom enables customers to gain real-time visibility into Zoom meetings, calls, rooms, and webinars.
“Zoom usage and popularity has grown exponentially within enterprise organizations and service providers. At the same time, users increasingly expect a seamless front-end experience, while IT teams are battling greater UCC complexity to deliver on that expectation,” said James Brennan, Head of Product – IR Collaborate. “This new solution is another exciting step forward in helping organizations simplify complexity and manage the increased demand to support multiple vendors, platforms, and devices, both in the office and at home.”
According to a study from Wainhouse Research, complex, hybrid-cloud communications environments are increasingly the norm for enterprise organizations. More than three quarters of IT leaders would implement a range of “best of breed” solutions from a variety of vendors to meet their UC requirements, rather than unify everything with a single vendor. Using third-party monitoring tools can help simplify these environments, improving user satisfaction, increasing IT efficiency, and enabling a better ROI.
Brennan added, “It’s critical cloud collaboration tools, like Zoom, are working effectively to ensure business continuity and growth – IR is here to help. To that end I’m excited to announce our Zoom Forward promotion, offering the first 30-days of access to our new Zoom experience management solution at no cost.”
Support for Zoom further strengthens the IR Collaborate solution suite. With recently announced support for Microsoft Teams, as well as extensive support for Skype for Business, Cisco and Avaya, the ability to effectively manage multi-vendor UC environments from a single view uniquely positions IR to simplify complexity for enterprise and service provider customers, ensuring they can deliver high quality services to all users.
IR Collaborate encompasses the products formerly known as Prognosis for Unified Communications, Prognosis for Contact Center, StressTest and HeartBeat Testing, UC Assessor, and Call Recording Assurance.
