CEO and Managing Director
John Ruthven is an internationally experienced software industry executive respected for his strategic approach and operational expertise across global enterprises. John has over 20 years’ experience working in the technology industry with a proven track record of leadership and delivering strong profitable growth.
Most recently, John was the Operating Officer – Global Sales at TechnologyOne. Prior to that John was President & Managing Director ANZ of SAP, SVP International Sales at Zuora Inc, and held various senior positions at CA Technologies and Computer Associates Inc. John has extensive international experience in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
Chief Financial Officer
Peter joined IR in March 2008 and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s finance and administration, including regulatory compliance and investor relations. Peter is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience. He has held a number of senior accounting and finance roles, including seven years as CFO with Infomedia (an ASX-listed technology company), six years with Renison Goldfields (ex ASX top 100 Resources Company) and two years with Transfield Pty Ltd. Peter’s career began with Arthur Andersen, where he was responsible for managing large audit clients.
Chief Marketing Officer
In his role as the Chief Marketing Officer, Stuart is responsible for the company’s global marketing and communications efforts. He leads branding, digital marketing, content and social media, public relations and advocacy, demand generation, product and business development and field marketing. Stuart has a breadth of marketing experience of over two decades and has led global teams. Stuart joined IR in 2018 and has risen through the ranks, with his last role being Global Head of Marketing Communications. Prior to that, he worked with Macquarie Telecom, AOL Online Services, Telstra Corporation and ANZ Banking Corporation. Stuart is passionate about triathlon and Australian Football and supports sport related charities.
Chief People Officer
Katrina has over 15 years of extensive experience across a range of industries, including companies like Newell Brands, Qantas and Maia Financial. In these roles, Katrina has worked across a broad spectrum of human resources functions, including resourcing, talent management and reward. Katrina has also consulted on change management and is committed to supporting the global team on our transformation journey.
Chief Technology Officer
Michael joined IR in September 2018 and is responsible for leading the development and product management teams. Michael has deep expertise and a proven track record in building cloud platforms at scale, and is also a cyber security expert. Michael was formerly CEO of Deluxe Media Cloud and was CTO of FoxSports for 5 years where he transformed the business from an ‘iron and airwaves’ broadcaster of premium sports content, to a fully digital cloud-based service, delivering a flawless experience to millions of viewers.
SVP International Business
Jason joined IR in October 2014 and leads the International Business. Jason brings 20+ years of successful leadership experience in Technology, Media & Telecommunications with roles covering EMEA and APAC. With a track record of starting up, recruitment, development and leadership of regional teams, turning around operations, complex negotiations and growth within tight timescales. Before joining IR, Jason was Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific at Acision where based out of Singapore, he was responsible for leadership of the Sales team across the region. Prior to this Jason spent 5 years in Australia leading Asia Pacific teams with Subex and Surfkitchen.
Having joined IR in August 2022, Rodney brings over 20 years of experience in the information technology sector, delivering enterprise grade products and solutions across infrastructure and cloud-based platforms. His focus at IR is to grow customer base through direct and indirect sales channels at a time when the organization is advancing its transition to being a ‘Software as a Service’ provider.
Rodney joins IR from Megaport Limited, an ASX-listed company where he was most recently the Chief Revenue Officer. He has held senior executive leadership roles within companies including IBM, Dell, Nutanix and Informatica, leading product management and global sales teams.
In recent years, he was named among the top 50 most influential leaders in the industry by Computer Reseller News (CRN), a trade publication. He is a World and National Powerboat Racing Champion and was inducted into the American Powerboat Association Hall of Champions. A cancer survivor, he volunteers for the American Cancer Society and Habitat for Humanity.
