IR receives Avaya 2017 DevConnect select product program award

Avaya Recognizes IR for the Consistent Value its Experience Management Solutions Bring to Avaya Customers, Channels and Sales Teams

SYDNEY, August 07, 2017 – IR, the leading global provider of experience management solutions for unified communications and contact centers, today announced that the company has received the DevConnect Select Product Program Excellence Award for 2017. Avaya recognized IR, a leading Select Product Program provider, for its commitment to the program demonstrated by successfully partnering with Avaya channels and sales teams globally.

The Avaya DevConnect Excellence Awards Program recognizes the significant achievements of Avaya’s Technology Partners and their value to Avaya as well as the accomplishments of other members throughout the past year. The awards are based on individual award criteria and demonstration of the characteristics of commitment, leadership, innovation, teamwork and customer focus, like the joint value that IR and Avaya bring to their customers.

Factors in Avaya’s selection of IR for this award also included recent customer wins of a Fortune 500 manufacturer, a major power company and other joint customers that illustrate the value of IR Prognosis for UC on Avaya platforms, in addition to its innovation and ability to address our customers’ business challenges.
