2017 has been a great year for IR; we've been building out our cloud platform, seen continued growth in monitoring and troubleshooting Skype for Business, Cisco and others. Our Call Recording Assurance increased in prominence and looks set to play an even bigger role in 2018, with the enforcement of MiFID II affecting anyone trading with or within the EU.
We opened an office in Düsseldorf, expanded our R&D team and had our biggest IR Prognosis Summit yet. Lastly, we welcomed our new CEO, John Merakovsky, to the team. Under his leadership there's no doubt 2018 will see continued growth and innovation. But without further ado here are our top webinars, blogs and videos of the year.
Webinar #1 - Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business - the road ahead for collaboration
It was one of our last webinars of year. It smashed our webinar registrations record, generated an unprecedented number of live viewers and continues to drive on-demand views. We discussed one of the biggest talking points of the year: Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business with Microsoft's David Branscome. We dissected what the future of unified communications and collaboration looked like for Microsoft customers. Almost 70% of companies have a digital transformation initiative underway, yet most of these will fail. Robin Gareiss of Nemertes Research shared damning statistics on the reality of digital transformation initiatives and, crucially, the difference between companies that are successful and those who aren't. A valuable watch for anyone planning on, or in the middle of, a digital transformation project.
Webinar #3 – Create an Agile Advantage with UC
Changing work environments, networks and continuing digitization – this webinar crossed a myriad of domains highlighting trends, industry examples and most importantly the business application of how you can gain an agile advantage through high performing unified communications.

The biggest UC acquisition of the year caught your attention and our round up from the industry experts proved popular with our blog subscribers.
