Sydney, 20 October 2020 – IR (ASX:IRI), the leading global provider of experience management solutions for critical IT infrastructure, payments and communications ecosystems, today unveiled new solution brands IR Collaborate, IR Transact and IR Infrastructure as part of an evolution of its branding architecture.

“IR has simplified our brand to meet the evolving needs of our product strategy and the markets we serve,” said Kevin Ryder, Chief Marketing and Product Officer. “Our new Collaborate, Transact and Infrastructure solution brands better represent the problem areas they address and give the company greater flexibility to expand our solution offerings.”

Collaborate provides everything to manage communications and collaboration ecosystems, enable remote workforces, connect employee to customer, and deliver the best user experience for the digital workplace.


The Collaborate suite of solutions encompass the products formerly known as Prognosis for Unified Communications, Prognosis for Contact Center, Prognosis StressTest, Prognosis HeartBeat, UC Assessor, and Call Recording Assurance.

Transact provides the tools to optimize payments environments, analyse transaction data, and ensure a seamless payments experience.

The Transact suite of solutions encompass the products formerly known as Prognosis for Payments and Transact Payments Analytics.

Infrastructure helps manage HPE NonStop environments and provide a solid foundation for critical systems.

The Infrastructure suite of solutions encompass the products formerly known as Prognosis for Infrastructure.

Ryder added, “Prognosis is not going away, it remains the real-time analytics platform that powers our solutions, and it will continue to evolve as we deliver innovative new capabilities across our solutions.”
