Avaya and IR elevate alliance and expand availability of Prognosis solution suite

SYDNEY, January 15, 2019 – IR, the leading global provider of experience management solutions for unified communications and contact centers, today announced that through a new agreement for IR Prognosis for UC and Contact Center, Avaya and IR are expanding the market for sales through the Avaya Select Product Program. Avaya customers can now acquire IR’s line of products and services through their existing Avaya agreements, with Avaya providing a single point of contact for IR support.

Prognosis gives Avaya customers full visibility of their UC and Contact Center ecosystems, and enables them to maximize the performance and availability of their solution investments. With award-winning IR solutions and its alliance with Avaya, customers can be confident that their business-critical communications platforms will operate as intended and deliver the user experience expected.
