Across 44 countries performance management in a multi-vendor environment is the biggest deployment concern for organizations.
According to a recent global IR survey, performance management of communication environments will have significant impact on how organizations deploy and adopt Skype for Business. It found that over one third (38%) of the respondents are concerned with performance issues in multi-vendor UC environments. So deploying Microsoft Lync is one thing, but making it work harmoniously with everything else is quite another.
