PROGNOSIS support for Nortel at VoiceCon 2008

Product Manager for PROGNOSIS John Dunne and Eric Krapf of VoiceCon discuss PROGNOSIS

Recorded at VoiceCon Orlando 2008, this podcast is a discussion of the addition of Nortel support to the PROGNOSIS product line as well as a look at the impact this will have on the market.

The release of PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Manager 9.5 incorporating support for Nortel gives PROGNOSIS the only complete telephony management solution for the top 3 IP telephony vendors.

It allows organizations tasked with monitoring VoIP deployments from multiple vendors to view the performance of their entire system in a single, unified view. Service providers can either segment performance data by customer or drill down on an individual customer's details.

Dunne also discusses the deep insight and business level reporting that PROGNOSIS offers as well as the real time troubleshooting that enterprises need to ensure that service levels and KPIs are being met.

An increasing number of organizations are beginning to realize the value of VoIP as a strategic investment and Dunne explains the ways in which PROGNOSIS allows customers to maximize their return on this investment.
