Microsoft Lync Qualification Statement
IR Prognosis for Unified Communications has been named by Microsoft as a Qualified Application that manages Lync Quality of Experience (QoE). Prognosis provides enhanced analysis, management, and reporting capabilities for Lync communications like voice, video, IM and presence while adding to the innovative approach offered by Lync by providing insight to Lync application integrations and multi-vendor UC ecosystems. The Lync ISV qualification program is designed to help ensure that qualified applications meet customer expectations. The program defines specific requirements for interoperability with Lync Server and Exchange Server, installation, set-up and configuration, documentation, and support. Designed with enterprise class industry standards, testing covers performance, reliability, and SDK/API utilization. Only products that meet rigorous and extensive testing requirements and conform to the specifications and test plans receive qualification.
ServiceNow Compatibility Statement
Certification by ServiceNow signifies that IR Prognosis has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on integration interoperability, security and performance. The certification also ensures best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of Prognosis integration with ServiceNow.
The integration enables customers of IR to use ServiceNow IT service automation to reduce incident resolution times, as well as improve reporting and upgrade capacity planning for their Unified Communications (UC) ecosystems.
Avaya Compatibility Statement
IR Prognosis IP Telephony Manager and Prognosis VoIP Monitor software have been compliance tested by Avaya's DeveloperConnection Technical Team. Officially accepted on November 29, 2006, Prognosis compliance testing was carried out in Avaya's test lab and showed that Prognosis software has no adverse impact on the Avaya PBX when used to monitor and manage the Avaya IP Communication Manager environment. Prognosis is retested for compliance with all new releases of Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager and Avaya Communication Server to ensure continuing compatibility.
IR Prognosis VoIP Monitor v4.0 solution has completed testing by Avaya’s DevConnect technical team, and is officially recognized as compliant on 6 November 2012. Avaya is committed to providing our customers with third party solutions that are fully compatible with the Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 6.2 . IR is solely responsible for the support and warranty of its products. VMware Support Statement
IR, is a Technolgy Alliance Partner of the VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP)Program. IR provides support for IR Prognosis for IT Infrastructure running in a VMware virtual environment in an identical manner as with Prognosis for IT Infrastructure running on any other major x86 based systems without initially requiring reproduction of issues on native hardware. Should IR suspect that the virtualization layer is the root cause of an incident; the customer will be required to contact the appropriate VMware support provider to resolve the VMware issue. While IR Prognosis for IT Infrastructure products are expected to function properly in a VMware virtual environment, there may be performance implications which can invalidate IR Prognosis for IT Infrastructure typical sizing and recommendations.
