PROGNOSIS commits to support of ACI BASE24-eps
12 Sep 2008
Integrated Research today announced its commitment to support ACI BASE24-eps on HP NonStop and other platforms. This follows the announcement from ACI that its BASE24 products will be sunsetted by 2011.
All PROGNOSIS products for ATM and POS will be updated to support BASE24-eps. This includes solutions for transaction management, transaction surveillance and ATM incident management. Some products may be launched as early as Q1 2009, and full support for ACI BASE24-eps is planned well before the maturity date set by ACI for BASE24.
By announcing their intention to support ACI BASE24-eps, Integrated Research shows they are committed to supporting the migration strategies of their worldwide financial services customer base.
“Our customers are very loyal and they rely on PROGNOSIS to continue to support them, no matter what happens in the global technology landscape,” said Pierre Semaan, General Manager of Product Management for PROGNOSIS. “Some of the largest financial institutions in the world use PROGNOSIS to monitor and manage their BASE24 environments running on HP NonStop servers. We are proud to be able to support their strategies and roadmaps as they evaluate their options for migration.”
Integrated Research also recently announced multi-technology support for financial transaction management. “Customers with a mix of payment engine technologies and platforms can now benefit from a single management view across all transaction services,” said Andrew Moran, Banking & Finance Product Manager for PROGNOSIS.
PROGNOSIS provides financial transaction and ATM incident management for ACI BASE24 on HP NonStop, as well as support for EFD Connex, S1 Postilion, proprietary and in-house developed payment engines. PROGNOSIS for ATM and POS is relied on by more than 100 financial institutions worldwide, delivering extensive business and operational-level management solutions for banks, credit card providers, processors, ATM ISOs and retailers.
